Social Implementation of MCG
This project focuses on the development and social implementation of quantum spin sensors with superconductivity-level sensitivity. These sensors will be utilized for medical devices like magnetocardiographs and magnetoencephalographs to measure extremely weak biomagnetic fields such as brain and heart magnetic fields. The project is led by a research group from Tohoku University and supported by Japan's SIP program, alongside the establishment of a new venture, UniMedical Inc., to accelerate the commercial use of these devices.
